weeks ago, the most amazing little girl came into our lives…….
She is not a pedigreed “anything”, she may not have the PERFECT
coat or the PERFECT markings in just the right place. But our
little OREO certainly has the PERFECT little eyes, the most
entertaining character and the intelligence to outwit the most
pedigreed of pedigrees!
Don’t
encourage breeders to breed more pups when there are thousands
of adorable little babies who are so in need of a good home. If
there is no “market” for breeders, then there will be no reason
for them to breed.
Very
often we overlook the older dogs too, because everyone wants a
puppy. Oreo is our third “adopted” pet, but our first puppy. We
have previously adopted 2 adult dogs, and I promise you our
older girls are just as adorable and well-natured. There is a
deeper bond and appreciation from these animals, as if they
“know” you have rescued them and given them a chance at a good
life. And they really do have HUGE personalities….. they’ve
endured a lot in their lives you know!
DON’T
BUY……ADOPT.
