WHEREAS the adopting owner is desirous of adopting (name of dog)

conditions of this agreement, the parties hereby agree as
follows:
1.
The parties to this agreement are

2.
The adopting owner herewith adopts the dog named

3.
The adopting owner agrees and undertakes to:
3.1.
provide
. with the necessary food,
shelter and bedding;
3.2.
provide
.. with proper living conditions as
would be expected from a reasonable dog owner; and
3.3.
provide the veterinary attention including the necessary
annual vaccinations.
4.
The adopting owner moreover undertakes to have the dog
sterilised by a registered Veterinary Surgeon within one month
of taking ownership. Whereby a copy of the sterilization
certificate issued by the veterinary surgeon will be furnished
to the adoption agent

supplied. Failure to comply with the sterilization of the dog
will result in the dog being returned to the adopting agent.
5.
The adopting owner undertakes not to dispose of, sell or give
the dog
to any person without the prior
written consent of the adoption agent,

owner undertakes to return the dog to the care of
should he/she decide not to keep them or be unable to
care for them for the rest of the dog natural life-span. Under
no circumstances are the dogs to be donated to an SPCA or
Welfare Centre or third party. Failure to comply with this
clause will result in legal action.
6.
The adoption agent,

inspect the premises of the adopting owner from time to time to
ensure that the terms of this agreement are met.
7.
Should the adopting owner be in breach of the abovementioned
clauses the adoption agent shall give the adopting owner written
notice to remedy such breach within 7 (seven) days.
8.
Should the adopting owner remain in breach after such written
notice, the adopting agent will have the right to claim and take
possession of
